Interview with the direct Hiring Manager. He will ask behavioral questions and some technical questions. Typical MNC companies hiring process is similar! The manager asked some technical questions related to my degree as well.. Such as the different types of manufacturing processes.. gas engine turbine

The interview was tough, will ask 3-4 different scenarios and react on the spot, the tough part is getting to impress the interviewer. Do your prep, stay calm and just do without expectation i guess.

They set up a 30-minute call and asked behavioral questions, stating that they would write your answers and send them to a hiring manager. They did not have much information about the job itself as the person conducting the interview was mainly just a hiring interviewer.

First I submitted my application, completed the assessments, and then did a video interview. Both the tests and the interview were timed and I consider this added a lot of pressure.
