very thorough process- a phone screening plus two rounds of interviews. The interviews are more about getting to know you. However, there are scenario questions. You will be asked for three references.

Contacted through a contracting agency. Had a phone interview with the recruiter then an interview with an HR Director for the company. Heard from the HR Director at the company that I got the job then the person at the agency set me up with all of the items I needed to start my role remotely.
