I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Subway (Alabam, AR) in Aug 2021
Interview
Had a few meetings with management that were very broad. Asking my background and former experience, if I had a reliable vehicle to make it to work, explained training process and what day to day would be like
No professionalism shown and the manager was very rude to the other workers. She was not showing any attention to me and made the interview process very uncomfortable. I do not want to work in such environment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Subway (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Quick and easy. The interviewer was very nice and was overall a great interview. We talked about role and responsibilities. How the team functioned and how close the team is.
It was a standard question and answer interview process. Questions asked about previous roles and how they apply to this job. The interview process was not overly complicated to say the least.
