I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Temple City, CA)
Interview
This job was a nightmare to get. I "was" supposed to be hired months before they actually hired me but the two managers who did my interviews left before hiring me. Eventually, I got a new manager to talk to me and was hired for seasonal employment. I was asked basic questions and since I had worked with the company before it was mostly about my previous experiences with customers, what customer service means to me, and it was fairly quick.
very easy and simple, i felt very heard and that they were interested in my work history and what i could add to the team! over all a very good interview and place to work

I applied and they called about a week later and I was offered the position on the spot. This was my first job interview during COVID and it went fine. The manager that interviewed me is no longer there, but still a great place.
