I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers in Oct 2022
Interview
Started with a 30 min first round interview, and a second 2 hour interview 2 weeks later (4 30 min interviews). Everyone I interviewed with was great and mainly wanted to know about my technical experience with SQL. 3 were department leaders, one with HR that asked mostly about my resume and behavioral questions based on it. Unsure why I didn't get an offer as I received very positive feedback from all interviews. They took their sweet time getting back to me (3 weeks, only made a decision when I said I had another offer). Knowing your resume well is important for this interview.
