So far I was contacted by a representative to set up a phone interview and contacted promptly at the time specified. The phone interview did not last too long, approximately 15 minutes and then I was scheduled to take an exam a week later. Not a very difficult test at all. Basic match, perception, cognitive ability...I was contacted the very next morning saying I did well and scheduled for a 2 member interview next week.
