Zocdoc Integration Support Associate (Remote) interview questions

The interview process was one 30 min video call with the director and another 30 min video call with two managers. Interviews were about average, I didn't get the job because I provided long winded answers to the questions. Which took me by surprise, according to the feedback given I had the relevant experience and passion. What more could they want? My one recommendation would be to allow someone within the Integration Support team to join at least one interview, they may have a better understanding in what a solid candidate looks like for this role.
