MarketSphere Unclaimed Property offers a full suite of unclaimed property services, including annual compliance, audit defense, voluntary disclosure agreements, risk assessments, corporate asset recovery, and owner reunification. Our Innovation Center supports these services by delivering modern, secure, and scalable software that drives client success and internal efficiency.

We're looking for an experienced full-stack .NET developer who is, first and foremost, a strong individual contributor. This position requires someone who can confidently take on anything assigned to them, from standing up new projects to extending existing systems. You'll be a day-to-day lead for focused development initiatives and coach one or two junior developers along the way.

Much of what we build is sensitive or mission-critical, so you'll need a strong appreciation and aptitude for designing and building highly secure, highly available, and highly scalable applications. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support software products to meet client and internal business requirements
• Lead focused development initiatives from design through delivery
• Coach and mentor 1–2 junior developers assigned to your team
• Conduct code reviews and design reviews for a small team as part of team quality assurance
• Unit test and debug thoroughly prior to hand-off
• Investigate and resolve reported software problems efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to solution designs through documentation, diagrams, and clear, well-commented code
• Perform daily work with minimal oversight; proactively communicate status and risks
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential and following secure development guidelines
• Research new technologies and platforms, and share knowledge openly with the team

Qualifications & Experience

Core:

• 5+ years developing applications, preferably with C# and ASP.NET Core MVC
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (experience may substitute for a portion of the education requirement)
• Experience designing and building rich UI web applications; HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript/jQuery skills highly desirable
• SQL experience and familiarity with integration platforms such as Azure/Fabric Data Factory and SSIS
• Experience publishing and consuming web services (REST/SOAP)
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (or similar)
• Experience with Azure cloud services (Web Apps, SQL, Storage)
• Comfortable working in a collaborative Agile environment

Preferred:

• Exposure to systems handling sensitive data under strict regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, ISO, etc.)
• Experience with process and data automation tools (RPA, ETL, data integration platforms, AI-assisted SDLC)
• Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI) is a significant plus
• Working knowledge of state unclaimed property requirements is a significant plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
