Many unnecessary questions and was not actually related to the role. I would have preferred more situation based questions since this is a customer handling role, It would have made more sense.
There were two rounds and one via phone call. The atmosphere was friendly. It included interview via telepresence. It also included assesment center, because they were finding more people. It included some role play, and english test . Good luck
