It was a good interview. Got to go through ups and downs with the actual reps and they gave me honest opinions on the role. HM also really liked my experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Apr 2018

1 skype interview, 1 phone interview, 1 more skype interview. The first interview was behavioral questions. The second round was a role play where you were an AT&T rep who had to sell a product to an unhappy customer. The final was a presentation where you had to sell yourself to a program director in a 5 min pitch.

How do you sell a product when you do not have the lowest price?
The most chaotic hiring process, nothing was smooth. Get ready for the most competitive program ever. My 'class' started out as 50 and ended with 24. Great way to get into sales though!!!
The interview process was quick but long. Only two rounds and was straightforward. As far as difficulty it was one of the easier ones I have been a apart of.
