Interview
A recruiter call and 2 rounds of interview. All questions are available online . Star method is their preferred story telling . First call is getting to know you and if you are interested in the role . The next 2 rounds done in one day each 45 minutes are mostly behavioral questions
Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.
