Interview
It was a pool campus interview at SAL college. There were 3 digital tests followed by 3 interviews and 1 written test. All of this was over within 12 hours and we were given lunch break.
It was good. I got selected. It was mostly English and some aptitude. It was a total of 3 rounds and another HR round. Be ready with the leadership principles.
It was a decent experience. Not tough, easy to crack and one of the better opportinitiues for the ones fresh out of college. Better career opportinities too within the org as its one of the biggest in the world
Interview was fine, but salary $30,000 with no relocation assistance. Considering I live nowhere near the area where the job was posted, that is pretty paltry compensation. Despite that, interview process is straightforward.
