Amazon have the WORST hiring agents. They don't even know what they are doing most of the time. I've been given SDE 2 assessment eventhough I applied for a New Grad Software Engineer position. They literally transfered me from one agent to another 5 times. In the end, senior hiring manager had to interfere and let me know that that New Grad SDE positions are closed. Why? Because they wasted my application and made me wait for 3 months. Great job Amazon!!!!!

3 interviewers back to back, with a break for lunch in the middle. first interview was behavioral that tested amazon concepts. second and last interviews had a shadower watching the other conduct the interview. i think they might be part of the voting process too but don't seem to be paying attention
