I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Best Buy (Houston, TX) in Nov 2008
Interview
In one word I would say that the entire process was very friendly. I wouldnt say casual, although it wasn't tense, because they kept a very professional atmosphere. Whether it was my initial conversations with an employee or my later interviews with the department supervisors and managers all of it was very friendly, professional, and interesting.

Question 1
Are you a good leader? How have you used/learned leadership in your school (college) projects and classes?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Best Buy (West Des Moines, IA) in May 2011
Interview
The interview was pretty relaxed. I showed up about 20 minutes early, which was probably a little too early. I showed up more casual than professional in my opinion (khakis and button up). It was a pretty straight forward interview, no curve ball questions or anything. The interviewer was a nice lady during the interview, even though she was pretty stern as a boss, which wasn't necessarily bad.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Richmond, VA) in Jan 2011
Interview
The interview process was easy. I had my first interview with a sales manager to determine my aptitude for it. I had a second interview with the GM to focus more on my character and whether I would be a good fit for that particular branch. They also are screening to see if you might be a potential threat to steal from the store. Internal theft and turnover are huge problems at Best Buy.
