I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I received an email for an interview about a week after i applied. The first interview was with a supervisor and the process was fairly smooth. Then about a week later i did another interview with the general manager which was fairly easy as well she just asked basic questions as well
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
