I applied online and received a call back the next day. I then interviewed with a Department Manager and had an immediate second interview with the Store Manager. I was offered the position on the spot. I don't feel that this process is normal as I was hired just before seasonal.

Initially applied for CSA (Customer Service) position,& was recommended to apply for this job...I had a total of 3 interviews-in the first I was rejected for CSA,the second I interviewed with the Sales Support supervisor & in the 3rd I interviewed with the GM for about 10 minutes and was then hired on spot.
