I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy
Interview
The hiring process is fairly extensive. It starts with a call with HR, followed closely by a call with the Practice Lead that will assess if your seniority/skills match the position requirements. If it matches you will then have an interview with other designers, then with other specialist (Scrum master, devs, PM, ...) and finally a concluding interview with the Experience Director.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Best Buy (Rochester, MN) in Jun 2021
Interview
The first step was a brief phone interview, followed by two panel interviews with the lead developer, product manager, and UX manager. I was supposed to have a third interview with the director but he wasn’t available so they skipped it. The panel interviews where about a week a part.
