Was offered the job and an hourly rate that they said I must keep confidential because it was more than the other supervisors were making.
Few questions asked mainly wants know if you are able to sell products while practicing their values. First interview is with the team lead or supervisor and then usually a second interview with the assistant manager or general manager.
Pretty typical interview questions. Show a lot of leadership potential and willingness to learn and lead others. Dress to impress and if applying from within the company, know your metrics.
