I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Fredericton, NB) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was very short and very to the point, they asked that you had previous experience because they were going to start me on Black Friday. The manager saw I had 6+ years of CS and hired me on the spot
It was pretty short they ask some behavioral questions and then they call you right after. I had 2 interviews with 2 different managers the same day. I was then offered a job the same day.
The interview process involves screening applications, conducting initial phone interviews, holding in-person or virtual interviews, assessing candidates through tests or tasks, and making a final decision based on evaluations and references.
The manager I met with mostly asked about availability and relevant skills. They also asked some questions about how to handle various situations with clients. It was an easy interview for an entry level position.
