4 rounds:
Round 1: GD
Round 2: Test on English and basic maths
Round 3: Interview I
Round 4: Interview II by senior team members
The process was on-campus placement. About 120 students were part of the first round. GDs were taken in groups of 6 and 2-3 people were shortlisted from each group.
Next round of shortlisting was done through tests and a total of about 25 students were shotlisted.
The first round of interviews were taken to divide the candidates on the basis of the three roles that the company was hiring for.
The final round of interviews were taken by the senior members of each of those teams and a total of 6 candidates were offered the job for 3 roles.
