Just asked a few question and my availability. It was easy. Manager took me into the office and pretty much hired me on the spot. I had worked for CVS before though and he had seen the years of experience that I had.

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
