The interview process was basically what one would expect from a retail cashier position. No hidden surprises. I completed an online application and was called to schedule a 1-1 with the store manager in the office. He went over store policy. He also asked about previous retail experience and further described what the job would entail as well as opportunities for promotion within the store and company.
