First interview was a screening to determine if you're a good fit for the company. General questions were asked. If you pass the screening, you will get a notification within a few days to schedule another interview.

What makes you want to work for CVS, what are your salary expectations, are you able to travel etc.
Interview was about half an hour in length. The interviewer explained the role as well as how the team functions. The interview went smoothly, and the interviewer was easy to speak with.
Very first interview was basically me recording myself answering 5 questions. I was give plenty of time to think about the question before answering it which was great. Different process but neat.
