Interview
First round was call with a first-year analyst and then directly the superday (consisted of three back-to-back 30-minute interviews with VPs and MDs). The interviews mainly tested your knowledge of financial instruments and current market conditions

Question 1
Which asset class would you go long and which would you short?
I had my first-round interview last week, and it was entirely behavioral besides "Why Citi?" and "Why S&T?" Very straightforward questions about life experiences: When was a time that you put a lot of time/effort into something and it did not work out? What did you learn from it?
