The first stage of interview is through Hirevue - a platform for e-interview. There were total of 5 situation questions and with a reponse time of 2 to 2.5 minutes. The next stage is a face-to-face interview for 90 minutes. The time is divided into 3 sessions of interviews with different level of employees.

Didn't get a reply after completing the online video interview so I'm not sure if the process is still going on or if I'm rejected. Half of the questions were related to resume and the later half were related to HR & management questions.

Was selected for hirevue interview, the process was typical however very impersonal, answering video questions.... I prepared for the usual behavioral questions but they were very situation specfic. They asked job specific situational questions in regards to how you would deal with workplace issues.
