I did the phone screening after an employee referral, had a phone interview, went in for the in-person interview, and then even went on to have the final video chat interview. And then silence. Followed up twice after my final interview and have still yet to hear anything back from the recruiter. For being told by the recruiter that my interviews went great, you'd think they'd have the decency to not leave me hanging.

Good but needs more improvement as the company shows of to much. Yearly hike policy is not communicated properly. Don’t expect too much from them as you’re mental peace will be hampered by the unnatural kpi provided
