Asked about the concepts of PM. Q. Tell me a time when you were working with other teams and they were not coordinating properly. Q. Talk about one of your past projects end to end. Q. Tell me of a time when your team was working with a different team. About coordination. Q. What are the major issues you have faced with people management. Q. How would you work with a staff geographically located? Q. Activities part of people management? Q. People handling or team handling experience? Q. What reports were sent weekly and bi weekly and how it helped? Q. Example of an agile project that you have handled. 2. Not a typical managerial round.
