I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Santa Clara, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview process was the manager and the lead, they asked various questions such as describe yourself... how do you deal with conflict... why do you want to work for Kaiser
Good overall and not too hard, a lot of situational questions. I felt like it was straight forward and not too hard to answer all the questions. I wouldn’t say it’s too difficult of an interview.
I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Livermore, CA)
Interview
The interview process was frustrating to say the least. I initially applied for a front-end pharmacy clerk position, however during the interview they informed me the position that I was actually interviewing for was completely different and I feel like this played a role in me not being able to get the job as this role was dealing with handling discrepancies in the pharmacy position and dealing with stuff with working with the pharmacy techs as well. I was upset and frustrated that I didn't have the information at hand when I interviewed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Fairfield, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Recieved phone call from hiring manager to interview the next day as they were trying to get the process moving along. I accomodated and made it early on the requested day. 2 panel interview, very straightforward and non-personal.
