I was contacted through the HR rep via phone. The phone interview was basic personality questions. The second interview was one on one with the general store manager.
Straight forward process with sharp deadline. Resulted in an offer.

I had a good interview experience nothing out of the ordinary. They asked all the questions I was expecting with a few curveballs. It was more of a conversations then just asking me questions the whole time.
Received a phone interview and then moved onto in-person interview. Took couple of days for a response back to setup an appointment for the in-person interview. Pretty much straightforward and nothing too difficult.

Numerous questions nothing about the job. Just stress to them you’re a people person.. was supposed to group interview but I said I prefer 1 on 1 because group interviews are childish
