Interview
Apply online. If you pass the first set of screening you get an email back to set up your interview date with a sales manager. For the most part the manager has no idea they have an interview with a candidate until that day.
If the cosmetic sales manager likes you they'll give you options on what counters are hiring, or they set you to one. You meet the cosmetic line's counter manager and account executive. If they see that you're a good fit for the line they give the thumbs up to the cosmetics sales manager who ultimately has the say on whether you get hired or not. For the most part they care if you have good customer service, not so much emphasis on cosmetic experience which to me is a shame. If you're going to work in cosmetics have experience in the field!

1.) Tell me about yourself...?
2.) sell me this purse.
Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
