Interview
Filled out application a few weeks prior. Received an email to schedule an interview. Since none of the days they offered weren't in my availability, I ended up speaking with someone to schedule a time. When I get to the Executive Office, I was greeted by a slightly rude receptionist that told me to "sit down" in one of the chairs. A man came in to interview me...seemed nice. He asked me if I had any retail experience (of course he didn't take time out to look at my application first) and I told him I had 7 years of retail experience. He then asked my availability. Then next question was if I was going on vacation within the next few weeks. I told him I was actually going on vacation the Sunday after Thanksgiving. He then steps out of the room for a second. Upon his return, he says "I'm going to make this short & sweet, we need you that week. And unless you're planning on cancelling your vacation, I can't hire you!"
What surprises me is that if he would've have taken time out to look at my application, he would've seen I was unable to work that particular week. The holiday application has 15-20 dates that are listed aking if you can work those dates. And if I didn't check that I was available for that particular week, why would the system accept my application?
I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Interview
Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
