I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Bronx, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview consisted of a lot of behavioral questions such as “Tell me about a time when you gave great customer service “ or “ how did you resolve conflicts with past employees.” But for the most part was fairly easy.
Pretty simple it wasn’t to difficult at all actually, more of behavioral type of interview. Should be easy if you are a decent communicator and a good team worker. there is an emphasis on collaboration
Interview was easy, it was a one and done deal and the interview was relatively short. I just applied on their website and I was called in for an interview. I was asked standard interview questions and was let know that I was hired within a reasonable time (about a week).
