Applied online and someone called within a couple days for an interview. At first they told me they didn't have any positions that would fit me but then I got a call about 2 weeks later asking can I work in a different department.

Question 1
Nothing difficult about the Interview questions, mostly customer service. How do you approach a customer? How would you get a customer to apply for a credit card?
Very easy question super nice, company benefits were second to none one. They described how the training would go then I would be on my own. Very nice interviewer I enjoyed it all
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. After submitting my application online, I was contacted within a week to schedule a virtual interview. The interview lasted about 20–30 minutes and was conducted by a store manager.
