I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Macy's
Interview
Applied online and was called a week later, interview was simple with question about why I wanted to work there, I was told they weren't hiring at the moment. Interview was 1 one 1 with a supervisor most questions were about what would you do to help a customer get a product or make them come back
Pretty simple it wasn’t to difficult at all actually, more of behavioral type of interview. Should be easy if you are a decent communicator and a good team worker. there is an emphasis on collaboration
Interview was easy, it was a one and done deal and the interview was relatively short. I just applied on their website and I was called in for an interview. I was asked standard interview questions and was let know that I was hired within a reasonable time (about a week).
