**I put interviewed, but no offer because I just had the interview today**. I dig what everyone does on this site when it comes to helping prospects, so I wanted to post details while it's fresh in my mind. It was an on-campus interview for the program. I first took a behavioral interview with an HR rep. It was pretty smooth, asked me mostly about my job experiences. My 2 job experiences were in retail so he focused on those rather than my coursework. I only got one question about coursework. That lasted about 30 minutes. I then waited for the second part of the interview. I had no clue what I was getting into, I figured it would be one of those skills tests that asks you basic math, verbal, and definition questions, however, it was not. It was a manager coaching exercise, they gave you a list of 4 employees with their descriptions (how long they have worked their, general age, personality) in a given department along with performance numbers, including: transactions per hour, sales per hour, credit card apps per hour, and I cant think of the last one. I had 15 minutes to pick an employee based on their numbers, and coach them in a certain area. There were four aspects- 1. Who are you going to coach 2. What are you going to coach them in? 3. What will the conversation look like 4. What will be the projected outcome? After the 15 minutes, the interviewer came back into the room, and i had 3-4 minutes to give my coaching presentation. I focused on increasing credit card apps, because all retail companies LOVE getting people to sign up for their credit cards. Then she asked if I had any questions, and that was it. In regards to difficulty, behavioral was pretty easy, coaching exercise was average to difficult.
PS- Aways ask questions- no matter what!
