I was flown to Redmond for an initial dinner with a couple of former explorers. It helps to talk with them about the interview process and ask them what they look for. I had three interviews the next day with a PM, SDE and SDET.

Dress casual and I was pretty much asked to code in two rounds. They want you to learn from interview to interview so make sure you show that you are growing as you progress through the day.
Interviewed once behavioral then two technical. Very simple questions and LC easy. They were forgiving if it didn’t run. Asked specific questions about projects from my resume, asking me to describe how I built them. Heard back within a week but status changed in portal before this.
i got straight to the final round, which was two back to back interview, and the first focused on behavioural, like describing a conflict between you and a co-worker, how would you reachout for help ina group project, and the second one was coding, where I had two questions, and both were easy leetcode question
