Interview
I had HR reached out by email but then he started ghosting after I provided availability. Somehow after following up many times, I got to interview with the HM. She was pretty easy and impressed and put me in final round. Again ghosting by the recruiter! After following up couple of times I finally got the final round scheduled for after 2 weeks. It went pretty great. The HM showed so much interest as if she is going to hire me on the spot. She was so impressed. My other 3 rounds of final loop also went great. Don't know what happened but the HR has been ghosting me since past 2 weeks. I tried reaching out to HM as well but no response.
It was an efficient interview process: phone screen then several interviews on the same day. They were quick to make hiring decisions and let me know where things were in the process.
