I applied online. I interviewed at Publix (Boone, NC) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview was pretty easy. I went in and was asked about 5-7 questions ranging from, "where do you see yourself in five years?" to, "why do you want to work at Publix?" My manager was super nice and as long as you have a positive attitude and a smile on your face, it's pretty likely that you'll get a call back or an instant offer.

The person who interviewed me was nice and honest about the job. We talked about my schedule and what they were looking for in a part timer. I also was able to get stock after I think a year or two.

Easy peasy, as I was able to easily answer their questions with diligence and grace. Super duper easy as I’ve already mentioned before, just bring your best smile. Do you understand the reason you want to work there? Think of that answer and you will be golden.
