Interview process is easy. I've been hired twice at Pubix, and they hired me on the spot both times. I'd do research on the company to see what they're about, then use that in the interview.

Question 1
What do you know about the company? Why should we hire you? What's your ideal environment to work in?
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
