Re-sit of the Ability Test – as the tests you completed on-line were unsupervised you will be asked to re-sit one of them. The test had be done handwritten, calculators were provided. It was a 25 min numerical test. The best would be to re-visit the online tests. - Competency Interview – you will be asked to give examples of times you’ve demonstrated some of the competencies that are important to us. First I had to do a 10 minutes presentation about myself. Questions about my CV and my work experience were asked, as well as qeusteions about the graduate programme in general. - Application of Knowledge Interview – this exercise allows us to gauge your understanding of the specific business area that invited you to interview. A lot of qestions from mechanical engineering topic were asked. At the beginning quite easy to answer, but difficulty level incresed until you were not able to answer the questions any more. skills and abilities so you are able to highlight why you think we should offer you a position.
