Phone screens organized by offshore HR, phone interviews with local managers, in-person with several peers and managers. A bit unclear on their reporting relationships and objective of each session, but some quality questions. Seemed goal and deliverable oriented.

Was very professional, a nice person from HR and the president from IT . The meeting was one hour with questions from both sides . Was a very relaxing atmosphere , with professional people , they communicate directly and told me from the beginning what they are looking for , and how i think that my experience will fit them
