Very easy, just be yourself. They will kind of hire just anybody the really dont have high standards or anything like that, they just want people with good attitude for the customers, if you can show them that (depends on the position) they will hire you.

Filled out an application online, they called me within 2 weeks, came in parttime seasonal as with most new hires, went in spoke with a manager then with store manager to go over pay (2 separate days) then agreed to pay, they told me to come in to orientation.
