Very straight forward. Met them in at a Career Fair for college students in Columbia, SC and spoke with the hiring folks on the spot after giving them on my resume. They then called me to interview with several different department heads and team members with the Home Depot IT department. Everyone was fairly laid back and asked few technical questions which I was able to answer effortlessly.
