UBS Graduate Program Securities Trading - Equities interview questions

Online application is followed by an online numerical reasoning test and UBS cultural appraiser. Numerical reasoning is a TalentQ style assessment with individual questions being timed - not particularly difficult but it is worth familiarising yourself with this type of test as there is time pressure. After passing these you are invited to a Sonru online interview which consists of 10 questions - 30 seconds to prepare for each and 2 minutes to record your response. The last 2 are not questions they just allow you to add additional remarks. Very few questions about the company or the role, mostly focused on soft skills. Still awaiting the outcome of the video interview.
