I applied through UBS careers website for an Associate Program in Wealth Management for a Switzerland USB position and got an email from the HR responsible saying:
Thank you very much for your interest and your application for the position as Wealth Management Associate.
Our extensive recruitment process comprises of:
- a business plan outlining how you plan to use your strengths and network to build a solid base of clients
- interviews
- and, if required, a formal assessment.
In order to proceed with your application, we kindly ask you to submit your Business Plan within the next 14 days. Please find attached the guidelines and kindly send the Business Plan to XXX@ubs.com within the given deadline. We will contact you again after we have received and reviewed your Business Plan.

After sending the Business Plan as the asked me, they replied saying the following: thank you for your E-Mail and submitting your business plan.
We will review it and I will give you a feedback by the end of next week.

After this mail they never replied... I asked a couple of times to have an answer but there was no response.
When you think about UBS your first thought is that it is a serious Swiss bank. After this experience I wouldn't recommend any of my network to make any investment through this bank.
