Three days later I received an email from the hiring manager where he asked to schedule an interview to speak to me in person. The interview experience was very pleasant overall.

I was emailed for an interview with the recruiter. I set up the time, I received a confirmation and a reminder email. I logged in to the interview and waited... and waited. Instead, I received an email days later telling me they are looking at people more qualified.
