UnitedHealth Group Software/Testing Engineer interview questions

This is the worst experience I've ever faced, I've attended many interviews some of them are much a medium scale companies they've organized the interviews in a very good manner but these guys are not professionals I should really say this its like a fish market and no one cares about the person came for interview. I went there by 10 AM on Feb 5th Sunday of 2017 they took my details and resume and asked me to sit in waiting/training room, guess what happened I was interviewed at 4 PM and the tragedy here is the person (girl/aunt) who interviewed me took roughly ~10mins to judge my skills asked me to write few programs (around 5 questions) I've done with all of them in just a very few mins, then asked me ~5 logical questions except one I've answered all of them overall, then the next minute she said you can leave for the day, what the fuss is that I have a lot on my resume to be frank she even didn't saw my technical skills mentioned on the very next page of my resume then she refused to accept my profile. All this is one side the another side is the people who has come at (12/1/2/3)PM also got interviewed at the same instance when they arrived and most of them are there for the same position, there is no process no standard no rule, its totally not in the manner how an MNC should be. I have come to know later that recommendations matter the most.
