VMware Custom Reference Program interview questions

I applied online. I was firstly contacted by a recruiter, who scheduled me for two interviews in the next couple of days. The first one was with the team manager, and it was mainly her explaining very clearly what the job was about, and then asked me if I had any questions. The second one was with a team member and she asked me the usual questions - why VMware, what I could bring to the team if I got the job, what keeps me motivated, how do you prioritize. They were both very nice and friendly, and made me feel comfortable.
