VMware Program Manager Business Transformation interview questions

The interview was setup by a outside recruiter/staffing company. This is one of the most dysfunctional interviews I have ever went on!! The leadership was sooo dysfunctional. The hring manager had issues with me interviewing before 2.5 yrs ago. Rather than decling the interview, she invited me onsite and then the hiring manager's boss didn't show up in protest of the inteview and a Director replaced him who was confrontational and dismissive of my skills and he said "don't work here". This was the 2nd time they were rejecting me for no reason.. The recruiter had been brainwashed and was confrontational too as he called me frantically as if the sky was falling that they checked I had interviewed there before and then ran away from the topic because it seemed stupid to even send me there. It's a red flag with the hiring manager's boss, a Sr. Director doesn't show up to the interview and sends a replacement Director in there, Given this information, the hirng manager is still trying to make fake promises to me to return next week for a 3rd round. Why are they so weird??? Seems like the manager just needed some learning and free consulting advice so she decided to invite me to gain that despite opposition from her Directors. What a weird woman? The company has a policy and they didn't follow it. THey invited the candidate, became confrontational and then declined me for interviewing there before which they already knew.. I don't know these people. On top of it , the combative Director blocked me from his Linkedin. Why? I have no idea. I just inteviewed:. They are so dysfunctional!!!! I am clearly qualified but they shift around looking for any excuse.. I should reapply a 3rd time to annoy them even more..
