Interview
The interview process was a 2 stage, 3 person panel process. You are called before 3 personnel, mainly various Dept. Managers. You are asked a series of in depth, overly worded questions that often takes the reader a full minute and a half to read to you. You must listen carefully because they are a 2-3 part question after reading the situation. Your answer is then scored based on your response. Each person rotates and asks alternating questions. If any of them score you below average you do not move on to the next interview phase.
